We are seeking a dynamic and talented Part-Time Social Media, Marketing, and Events Coordinator to join our team. This role, which is home-based and spans 3 days per week, is perfect for someone with experience in a similar role who is passionate about social media, marketing, content creation, and events management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our audience, and assisting in the planning and execution of events

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and “X”
  • Monitor social media trends, stay updated with industry news, and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with our audience and encourage user-generated content.

Website Updates:

  • Regularly update and maintain the BPIF Training website with fresh content, news, and resources.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, aesthetically appealing, and optimised for search engines (SEO) to enhance online discoverability.

Content Creation:

  • Generate creative and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, graphics, and videos, aligned with industry trends and our audience’s needs.
  • Collaborate with team members, industry experts, and partners to develop compelling educational content that showcases our expertise and benefits.

Collateral Creation:

  • Design and produce marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and other promotional collateral.
  • Ensure all collateral materials align with the company’s branding guidelines and messaging, maintaining a consistent and professional image

Events Management

  • Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of both virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, participant registration, and promotion.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and speakers as needed to deliver successful events.
  • Manage post-event follow-ups, feedback collection, and reporting

Targeted Marketing

  • Work closely with the operations team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that align with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Utilise analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Segment and target specific audiences for personalised marketing communications.

Knowledge and Skills

You will need to:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in social media management and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in content creation and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of the print and graphics industry is a plus.
